To request access to the IPLC Service, please provide your affiliation data (i.e., full time employer) in an e-mail to jwalker [at] lexmachina [dot] com using such organizational e-mail account. (For example, to expedite account creation, a judicial clerk would send an e-mail from her official .gov e-mail account, and include clerkship dates. Similarly, full-time IP scholars should use their .edu e-mail accounts, and generally describe active IP research.)
Commercial parties (or any party engaged in IP commerce, counseling, representation, etc.) may obtain access by paying a commercial fee. If this might apply, please provide any potentially salient background information in your e-mail request.
